User able to use variants with length lesser then 3

From AC:
"Items - list of items. Each line in list is one item in voting. Item's length should be between 3 and 50 characters including. By default it is empty."

Create poll with these variants:
"1
2
3"

Actual result: poll is correctly created

Expected result: Error message appears. Item's length shouldn't be lesser than 3
