      Description

      Prerequisites:

      • Group Registered Users exists and your user is in that group. User is not a member of any other group.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Grant SEND_PRIVATE_MESSAGE (or any other personal permission) permission to Registered Users group

      AR: the permission became allowed
      ER: the permission stays restricted
