Migrated DB: The internal links inside of posts point to the old forum

Expected result:
Internal links in the posts point to JCommune pages instead of javatalks.ru (when they are opened from JCommune)

How to check:
Open any topic where there are posts with internal links (usually FAQs and other sticked posts in branches)
