Topic Type, selects area when double-clicked

1. Go to the topic types
2.1 Double click on the Topic Type on the place where there is no text, you'll see that the area is selected around the text
2.2 Double click on the Topic Type on the place where there is text, you'll see that the text is selected.
Expected results: no selections on double click at all.
