Editing component: after user enters invalid value for a property, the edit window is closed

Setup: JCommune component is already created.

1) Start editing a component.
2) Change the value of "Размер предпросмотра поста" or "Время жизни сессии" (Session timeout) to some alpha one.
3) Press "Сохранить" (Save) button.

Actual result:
The window for editing component is closed.

Expected result:
The window for editing component is still opened.
