Refactor the representation of moderating branches

Right now we have a mess in those classes. Eventually we need:

• Class PoulpeGroup shouldn't exist
• Branch in common project has a reference to a single entity Group (also from common).
• In the database in the common table a column should be created in BRANCHES with name MODERATORS_GROUP_ID.
