1. I click "Sections" and a page with list of all sections is opened.
2. I click the "Add New Section" button at the bottom of the page and a pop-up appears where I can specify the name and description of the new section
3. On submit the new section is added to the bottom of the list of sections.
a.Validation is performed, if the name is not specified or the name entered already exists an error message appears.
b.If the validation is successful, a validation message appears. Only after pressing the 'Confirm' button is the new section added.
4. By double-clicking a section a pop-up opens allowing to edit section's attributes - name and description
