Make User Ban add user to the respective user group

Right now when we ban user, it's just saved with some ban reason to the database, but this is not how it should work. The expected behavior is the User should be added to the special group Banned Users.
In the source code when adding a user to the group, those steps should be done:

1. Selecting a Banned Users group from the table
2. If it's there, then use it
3. If there is no such group, then it should be created

No additional dialogues should appear, the user silently should be added to the grid with banned users. And while showing the users - again, the grid should show those users that are in the Banned Users group.
An additional task should be created in JTalks Common for removing the reason of ban from both User entity and USERS table.
