No autocompletion for User Search and User groups Search

1. Go to Users - Users.
2. Start typing an existing User name in Search field.
Actual result: no autocompletion window is shown
Expected result: an autocompletion with valid suggestions is to be shown just as it happens with User banning Search.

The same behvior is expected in User Groups Search.
