All users are displayed for '%' in search result in 'Users' window

      Description

      This bug is similar to POULPE-349

      Steps:

      1. Login in admin panel and enter in Users\Users window.
      2. Add '%' in search field and press 'Do search' button

      AR: All user names appears as search result
      ER: Only user name, containing '%' should appear
