There is no validation for the 'Avatar max size' field

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Login to the Pouple using admin/admin credentials
      2. Navigate to the 'Component List' screen
      3. Open the 'Edit the Component' dialog(for forum)
      4. Enter '@#$ggj-' in the 'Avatar max size' field
      5. Save the 'Edit the Component' dialog

      Actual: All changes are saved successfully
      Expected: There validation for the 'Avatar max size' field must exist
