Saving jcommune.URL without validation and temporary saving it at pressing cancel

There are next bugs in Poulpe version 0.20.

1). Problem with saving of incorrect URL.

Steps:
1 Go to Components - Components
2 Choose JCommune - >Configure
3 Enter incorrect URL without 'http://'
4 Press "Save"

As a result, the message "Value must be URL adress with HTTP protocol" appeared but Edit window closed.
Expected result: the message appears, Edit window is open.
Also behavior is similar on clicking Esc or Cancel button (step 4).

2). Problem with cancel of URL's changes.
Preconditions: correct URL is saved in JCommune.

Steps:
1 Go to Components - Components
2 Choose JCommune - >Configure
3 Change URL to another correct URL (with 'http://')
4 Press "Cancel" or Esc
5. Click JCommune - >Configure

As a result, you can see the last entered URL.
Expected result: URL from precondition doesn't change.

Also these bugs can be reproduced with other properties of jCommune.
