Hotkeys "Enter" and "Esc" don't work on editing Group Permissions

If you press Enter or Esc nothing happens. This hotkeys don't work in these cases:

Steps to reproduce (A):
1. Go to Admin Panel -> Components -> Group Permissions.
2. Press any "Edit" button.
3. Press Enter or Esc button on the keyboard.

Actual Result: If you press Enter of Esc nothing happens. This hotkeys don't work.
Expected Result: When you press Enter, the emulation of Save button click should happen. When you press Esc the emulation of Cancel button click should happen.

Steps to reproduce (B):
1. Go to Admin Panel -> Components -> Group Permissions.
2. Press any "Edit" button.
3. Move one or more groups to the "Already added groups" table.
4. Press Enter or Esc button on the keyboard.

Actual Result: When you press Enter of Esc nothing happens. This hotkeys don't work.
Expected Result: When you press Enter the emulation of Save button click should happen. When you press Esc the emulation of Cancel button click should happen.
