Hotkeys "Enter" and "Esc" don't work on editing members in User Groups branch

If you press Enter or Esc nothing happens. This hotkeys don't work.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Admin Panel -> Users -> User Groups.
2. Choose any group and click the right button on it..
3. Select "Edit members".
4. Move one or more members to the "Users already in the group" table.
5. Press Enter or Esc button on the keyboard.

Actual Result: When you press Enter of Esc nothing happens. This hotkeys don't work.
Expected Result: When you press Enter the emulation of Save button click should happen. When you press Esc the emulation of Cancel button click should happen.
