Downvote button should be highlighted in red when cursor hovers over it for Anonymous user

Preconditions:

1. Questions and Answers plugin should be enabled
2. You should have branch with created Q/A topic.
3. You should have User1 with CREATE_POSTS, VIEW_TOPIC permission in this branch.
4. You should create answers in created Q/A topic as User1.
5. You should give VIEW_TOPIC permission to Anonymous user group for this branch.
6. You should be logged out.
