User without DELETE_OTHERS_POSTS and with DELETE_OWN_POSTS permissions can't delete own question with other user answer

Pre-conditions:
User has DELETE_OWN_POSTS and no DELETE_OTHERS_POSTS permissions
User must have previously created question
Answer should be left by User2 in that created question
