"Updates available" Light bulb button in recent activity page for Q&A topic leads to the first unread answer if there are multiple of them

Preconditions:

1. Sign in with a user1;
2. Get the branch with CREATE_QUESTIONS and CREATE_POSTS permissions for user1 and user2;
3. Create Q&A topic by user1;
4. Sign in with a user2 and add more than 1 answer to the Q&A topic created by user1;
5. Sign in with a user1 and do not read the left answers
