Check out notification after deleting other comment, user subscribes to own topic`s branch, with unchecked "Auto subscribe"

Pre-condition:

1. User1 and User2 are registered and logged in
2. At least one branch is created
3. At least one topic is created by User1 (subscription to topic is off)
4. At least one comment is left by other user
5. User1 logged in and has unchecked "Auto subscribe" checkbox in the profile
6. User1 subscribes to branch, where topic was created
7. User2 has permission DELETE_OTHERS_POSTS
