Check out notification after deleting other comment, user subscribes to topic and suitable branch, with unchecked "Auto subscribe"

Pre-condition:

1. User1 and User2 are registered and logged in
2. At least one branch is created
3. User1 unchecked "Auto subscribe" checkbox in the profile
4. User1 has permission VIEW_POSTS
5. User2 has permissions DELETE_OTHERS_POSTS, CREATE_POSTS
6. User3 has permission CREATE_POSTS
7. User3 created a topic
