User subscribed on Q&A topic shouldn’t get email notification when he left comment in own answer

Precondition:

1. User should have one registered users which logged in
2. User1 has permissions VIEW_TOPIC, CREATE_POSTS
3. At least one branch with Q&A topic of User1 is created
4. User1 subscribes on own Q&A topic
5. User1 left answer in Q&A topic
