      Precondition:

      1. User should have two registered users which logged in
      2. At least one branch is created
      3. User1 has permissions: VIEW_TOPIC, CREATE_QUESTION
      4. User2 has permissions VIEW_TOPIC, CREATE_POSTS
      5. User1 has disabled auto-subscription in profile
      6. User1 creates Q&A topic and subscribed on it
      7. Start from this topic
