      Description

      Precondition:

      1. You should have User1 and User2 with View_Topics, Create_Question and Close_Topics permission in the Branch
      2. Login to Forum as User1 and create Q&A Topic1 and Topic2 in the Branch
      3. Close Topic1 and Topic 2
      4. Login to Forum as User2 and leave comment in Topic2
      5. Login to Forum as User1
