Antarcticle - Username validation with valid data in sign up

Preconditions:

1. Performing these test cases requires the non-registered users;
2. You should start test case execution from sign up page.

Test data:

10. %username% (length is exactly 25 characters + 1 space in the beginning)
11. %username% (length is between 1 and 25, Cyrillic+upper case)
