      Precondition:

      1. You should have User1 and User2 with View_Topics and Create_Question in the Branch
      2. Login to Forum as User1 and create Q&A Topic1 in the Branch
      3. Close Topic1
      4. Login to Forum as User2 and create Q&A Topic2 in the Branch
      5. Close Topic2
