You can save incorrect e-mail address in user profile on JCommune

No have email address format check. Bug is appears when you enter any Domain name in Latin and numbers or entering some of the following characters in Local-part:

1. Login http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune open personal account - profile tab
2. Enter in the email field: +++==~~***^^?////'''}}{{{{}@1112222m.er
3. Click button "Save changes"

Expected Result: Error Message "Incorrectly entered email. An email format should be like mail@mail.ru Please check the spelling again."

Actual Result: Changes saved.
