Main page with the list of articles

As a reader I'd like to have a list of all articles sorted by creation date in order to be able to see recent activity as well as browse older ones

Acceptance Criteria:

• The main page (http://antarcticle.org) should show the list of articles with the name and shortened description
• The pagination should be implemented (10 articles per page, can't be changed by user, just hardcoded)
• Shortened description should not contain any BB formatting, the tags should be wiped out (if some other editor will be chosen, we'll need to return back to this item, but it general we don't want formatting there)
