- Given user is posting an article, he should be able to see additional input field to input tags
- Given words are separated by comas in the tag field, they should represent separate tags
- Given there is no such tag in the DB yet, the tag should be created while posting.
- Given user is editing his article, he should be able to add/remove tags
- Given user is editing some particular work in a tag field, a new tag should be created/attached instead of editing the existing one's name.
