Article Translation

As a writer I'd like to translate my articles into different languages so that my articles are available for wider audience

• Given I'm creating a new article (not translation), I'm able to choose a language I'm writing in (default is ru as for now). Language switcher is combobox in top right, on the one line with "Write" and "Preview" tabs. page_new_article.jpg
• Given I've posted an article, I can write a translation to it (there is a button Translate for that). page_single_article_with_translate_button.jpg
• Given i'm creating a translation for article i have link to the source article on creation article page. page_article_translation.jpg
• Creating 2 articles with same language should be allowed.
• List of supported languages for translation: Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian
• Given I've posted an article in 2 or more languages:
  • on main page: all versions of the article are shown as separate articles. In article on main page we doesn't show available translations (just for now, in future it should be changed in scope of ANTARCTICLE-285):
  • on article page: there is list with available translations under the title page_single_article_with_translations.jpg.
• Search should be perfomed by all articles translations.
