search by tag with spaces doesn't work

It is impossible to search by tag with spaces:
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an article with tag with spaces in the test (for ex. "test test")
2. search by tag name via entering it in the search field or just by clicking on this tag

Actual Result: space is changed to + and there is no search result
Expected: matching results are shown
