Steps to reproduce
1. Write article with characters count more then limit (for example >66 000 characters).
2. Press "Post article" button
Actual result
Article posted without text which exceed characters limit. User doesn't get any errors about article cutting (instead of this message "Article was successfully created." is displaying)
Expected result
User receive error message that article is too long, article should not be saved. Editing form reloads with all entered text.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in
2. Create an article
3. Fill in article title and article content leave empty
5. Click 'Post article'
Actual result: Article is created
Expected result: Error 'Article content can't be blank' should be displayed
