      Description

      How to reproduce
      1. Login as any user
      2. Post comment with any text
      3. Edit comment, remove all text
      4. try to post

      AR:
      The red message is displayed "We're sorry, but something went wrong."

      ER:
      Standard error message is displayed above the comment form
      "Content is too short (minimum is 1 characters)"
