Add Discard button to the Edit Article page

      Description

      User can't discard changes when editing Article.
      If the user opens edit a Article by mistake, or decided not to edit, there is no option to go back to prevision page.
      Expected, that "Discard" button is added to the Edit Article screen

          Check 'Discard' button when editing Article:
          Steps to reproduce:

          1. Open antarctical main page
          2. Create article
          3. Edit article: change title, content, tags;
          4. Press 'Discard' button
            Actually result: =Expected result:
            User was returned to prevision page, all changes do not save.
