Unactivated user may login and create articles or post comments.

Steps to reprodce

1. Register user in JCommune
   Do not activate the user!
2. Login into antarcticle, using login&password from prevision step

AR: User is logged in
ER: Error message 'Your login attempt was not successful, try again.'

Note: After login, unactivated user may create articles or post comments.
