      There are different permanent links to one comment

      Test scenario:

      1. User is logged in
      2. Article with any comment opened

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Click 'permanent link' on first comment in article
      2. Copy permanent link to clipboard & post it to comment
      3. Click on posted link
      4. Click 'permanent link' on first comment in article
      5. Copy permanent link to clipboard & post it to comment

      AR: Links from step 3 & 5 are different
      AR: Link from step 3 the same as link from step 5
