Permanent link should be selected in pop-up window

As a user I'd like to be able to copy permanent link faster, so it will be greate to selecte the link right on opening the dialog. In this case user can only press Ctrl+C to copy link to clipboard. In additional, user must see information what he is supposed to do (see screenshot)

Finally, pop-up window should consists of:

1. Info about user action, for example 'Press Ctrl+C to copy link to clipboard:'
2. Selected permanent link
