      Description

      Preconditions: article with tag "java" should be created

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open Antarcticle
      2. Enter "Java" in tags filter field
      3. Press "Find" button
      AR: Main page of antarcticle appears, looks like tags filter didn't work
      ER: Tag was added in tags filter (screenshot in attachments)

      Note: Same behavior on preprod
