Paginator should consist of no more one line

As a user, I would like to see no more than one line in paginator. Now, if resource has many pages, paginator can have size equatable to article preview on main page.

Acceptance criteria:

• User's current page marked in color
• User see two next pages
• User see two prevision pages
• If current page is not first, user can navigate on prevision and first pages
• If current page is not last, user can navigate on next and last pages
• If current page number is between 2 and (Page Count - 2), it should be center page in paginator
• Paginator aligned to the left on the bottom of the page
