      Description

      Search by empty tag should not changes url. Now, if user presses 'Find', url changes to http://qa.jtalks.org/antarcticle/articles*?tags=* or http://qa.jtalks.org/antarcticle/users/[username]*?tags=*

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Articles
      2. Press Find
        AR: url changes to http://qa.jtalks.org/antarcticle/articles*?tags=*
        EX: url was not change
