As a user I'd like to print an article directly from the browser to use as a handout, make handwrite notes, or to read it in a subway on my way home.
Currently printed article page contains unstyled navigation elements and other trash.
Acceptance criteria:
1. There should be no separate "print version page". The page with an article should be printer-friendly itself, using separate stylesheet with media="print"
2. Print action should be available via Ctrl+P shortcut and a dedicated button on the article page.
3. Printed version should have limited line length to prevent line wrapping
4. Printed version should contain no navigation, buttons, menus and forms
5. Printed version should contains site logo as a header, article title, text, tags and comments
6. Markdown rendering should be the same as on the page
