      Description

      When user tries to create article without Title error message "Title should not be blank" may duplicate.

      Pre-condition:

      1. User is logged in
      2. New article page is opened

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Leave Article title field empty and press Create article button
      2. Swith tab to Preview
        Actual result: two error messages "Title should not be blank" are displayed
        Expected result: Only one error message "Title should not be blank" is displayed
