User can not be logged in if his password contains cyrillic characters

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add/Edit user's password to password with cyrillic symbols (for example, йцукен)
2. Login in Antarcticle

AR: "Incorrect login or password" error is shown;
ER: User is logged in

Note:
such user can be logged in JCommune
poulpe web-service sends "success" responce
bug can be reproduced on javatalks.ru (2.0 version)
