"Tag filter" label has no label text.

1) Open http://qa.jtalks.org/antarcticle/ and login
2) Press on the "Welcome, username " -> "My articles"
AR: Tag filter" label has no name label text.
ER: Tag filter" label has label text (Tag filte (comma separated))
