      Description

      As a Reader I'd like to use RSS instead of browsing Antarcticle directly to be always up-to-date

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • rss icon is shown on the pages with lists of articles: main page, main page after filtering by tag, users's article page
      • user is able to subscribe to user, all articles or filter
      • RSS should be autodiscoverable by browsers like at forum (JC-1453)
