Preconditions
User has permissions to create articles
Steps to reproduce
1. Sign in into Antarticle as user
2. Click [Create article] button
3. Click the "Choose Language" combobox
4. Navigate via 'Tab' key to highlight the choice of new language
AR: Combo box is invisible for the 'Tab' key navigation and article content form is highlighted
ER: User can navigate through different language choices in the combo box
Note 'Tab' navigation also skips the following elements:
- 'Choose language' combo box in 'Translate article' page;
- [Translate] button in article page;
- 'Preview' tab in 'New article' page and 'Translate article' page;
- 'Write' tab in preview tab in 'New article' page;
- [Discard] button in preview tab in 'New article' page.
