Button 'Dismiss all' doesn't work when at least one notification was removed by hand

In notification drop down form button 'Dismiss all' doesn't work when at least one notification was removed by hand.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add 2 or more comments by User2 to the article created by User1;
2. Sign in with User1;
3. Open notifications drop down form;
4. Delete one notification by clicking 'x' button;
5. Click 'Dismiss all' button.

AR: Redirected to another page with no changes happened. Shown in screenshot 'AR'.

ER: All notifications marked as read. Shown in screenshot 'ER'.

Note If the page was refreshed after deleting notification by hand then 'Dismiss all' button works as expected.
