In 'New article' page in Choose language combo box 'Esc' key has no effect when any language is highlighted.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in with registered user;
2. Press 'Create article' button;
3. Open 'Choose language' combo box;
4. Press 'Tab' key to highlight any of the available languages;
6. Press 'Esc' key.
AR: Nothing happens.
ER: Combo box is collapsed without the changing of already selected language.
Note 'Esc' key works well for closing the combo box when there is no highlight in it.
