Topics and posts aren't immediately hidden/displayed when a user was removed/added from user group with assigned permissions

Precondition:
User1 and User2 should exist.
Step to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Admin panel
2. Navigate to the Groups page and create "Test Group"
3. Add User1 and User2 to the "Test Group"
4. Create a "Branch" and grant Allow VIEW_TOPICS and CREATE_POSTS for the "Test Group"
5. Log into the Forum using User1 credentials
6. Select the "Branch" and create a "Topic"
   Note: The "Topic" is displayed for User1 and User2 on the "Topics without answers" page
7. Navigate to the Admin panel and remove User1 and User2 from the "Test Group"
8. Navigate to the "Topics without answers" page using User1(and after User2) credentials

Actual: The "Topic" is displayed for User1 and User2 on the "Topics without answers" page, only after 3-5 minutes "Topic" became hidden.
Expected: The "Topic" shouldn't be displayed immediately for User1 and User2 on the "Topics without answers" page.
Note: The same If a user was added to Group that have VIEW_TOPICS permission for branch, topics and posts from this branch should be displayed immediatly on Topic without answer page.
