Add 'Delete' button to the read Draft screen

      Description

      On the page of the current received or sent private message there is DELETE button for deleting it.
      But there isn't such button on the page of current draft message.
      I offer to create a new DELETE button on the current draft page next to another buttons (SEND, PREVIEW, SAVE).
