User can see/post in the Topic, if he stays on Topic page when VIEW_TOPIC is being resricted

Scenario 1

1. Add the User to some Group, grant the Group VIEW_TOPIC permission.
2. Go to the topic by clicking on Topic Name in a list of Branch topics (the User will see the posts in the topic). Stay on the page.
3. Move the Group to the Restricted on VIEW_TOPIC permissions.

Actual result: the User still sees the posts of the topic and can post there

Expected result: "Access denied" page is shown

Scenario 2

1. Add the User to the Group, grant the Group VIEW_TOPIC permission.
2. Go to the topic by clicking on Topic Name in a list of Branch topics (the User will see the posts in the topic). Stay on the page.
3. Remove the User from the Group

Actual result: the User still sees the posts of the topic and can post there

Expected result: "Access denied" page is shown
