Expose performance test results on CI

We need to be able to see the results of performance tests triggered by CI without a need to go the server.
Either this should be done by CI exposing the reports (preferable way) or in some other way like additional webapp (we don't want this but this might be necessary if it's impossible to follow the correct way).
